21 Centry Skills

I've been doing some training lately about the 21 century skills that kids need to thrive in the future. Instead of the traditional 3R( reading, writing, arithmetic), critical thinking and problem solving; communication; collaboration; creativity and innovation are the more useful skills to help them thrive in the future. Below is a frame work for 18 months to 6 year-old on their 4C development. I found it quite helpful for myself when it comes to interact/set up activities for kids. It is also very detailed, easy to use too.
